Encodes QR codes with an in-house ISO/IEC 18004 encoder: numeric, alphanumeric or byte (UTF-8) mode chosen automatically, the smallest version from 1 to 40 that fits at the chosen error-correction level (L 7%, M 15%, Q 25%, H 30%), Reed–Solomon error correction with block interleaving, and the best of the eight masks by penalty score. Output is a crisp SVG (module size, quiet zone and colours are adjustable) or an ASCII block; the secondary pane lists version, mode, mask and a data URI. Everything runs locally.
