Encodes phone numbers as IP addresses and back with two reversible schemes: BCD-in-IPv6 stores every digit as a hex nibble after an f marker (any E.164 number up to 15 digits, leading zeros preserved), and decimal IPv4 reads numbers of up to 32 bits as a dotted quad. IPv4 and IPv6 inputs are decoded automatically; country calling codes are recognised for display. Everything runs locally.
