Generate compact random IDs locally with WebCrypto and rejection sampling. The alphabet must contain 2–256 unique Unicode characters. Up to 1,000 IDs, 256 characters each, and 256,000 total characters. IDs are not passwords or authorization tokens. Nothing is saved or sent.
